He's in love with Josephine... did you notice him in block 1? He hides in the seaweed because he's too shy to talk to her. Just look at those kissy lips...

Thank you for Fabolous Frances. He indeed has good kissing lips. I just finished Josephine. She is now waiting for Frances.
My guess that block 3 is a seastar. I am not sure that this is proper English (I am from the Netherlands). There is a tiny star below Frances, so . . .
