11.30 am Tuesday - I'm sitting here at the computer creating my first posting and wondering 'why am I so cold today?' Probably because it's windy, the back door is wide open, I have no slippers on my feet and I'm still in my pyjamas! And it's 11.30am....it's time for a shower.
For some time, my good friends Sharon and Leanne have been encouraging me to start a blog but I've been putting it off, telling myself I just don't have the time. So after spending the last couple of days on the various blogs catching up with Melly and Me, Leanne Beasley, Leanne May, Gail Pan - and the list goes on - I've decided that the time is right. I now know that it's a fabulous way of keeping in touch with friends from everywhere, most of whom I've yet to meet. Of course an added bonus is the opportunity to show you all some of my designs. After many years of dressmaking, patchwork, cross stitching, fabric painting (didn't we ALL have a go at that one...)patchwork, quilting, stitching and more patchwork, I have decided to put my ideas into patterns so my new venture 'Willowberry Designs' became a reality in October this year.
