Thanks for the recipe Cheryl, have just written it down, will get the ingredients next shopping day. A friend gave me a little tea infuser for Christmas. It has a little cake hanging from it. I had to have a giggle when fellow commentors didn't know what a Tim-Tam is. They are certainly missing out aren't they.Maybe you can do a posting about the different flavours.

Yum...plunger is a great substitution idea for a frother.

I just brewed a cuppa tea before I got on the computer. Yours sounds much more delicious. I will try to find the ingredients to try your reicpe when I shop this weekend. Carrie P. said to check out your site and I am glad she did.

Thanks so much for posting the recipe and pictures. I'm off to the grocery for vanilla and chai tea leaves. What's Tim Tam? Think I can find it here in Michigan? Thanks again. Caroll
