Using one of Bronwyn Hayes designs, only I changed it a little :) I added holly leaves instead of flowers around the border. I think it's from Bronwyn's 'Wish' Quilt which was in Homespun Magazine a couple of years ago and I stitched it on hankie number 87 from Mum's vast stash...
Today I'll finish the holly and stars and it will become a little table centre
I'm also feeling the urge to create a couple of mini xmas stockings for my girls... just weeny little ones... just right for hiding pretty shiny things from the jewellery store... yep, I think that might be this afternoon's job!
Seeya, I'm off to ask Michael Buble to croon to me while I finish a couple of baby quilts for Lorna... photos next time :)

ps... check the link on the right under 'PAGES' for any giveaways happening, the current one closes on December 23rd '11
I recognized it as one of Bronwyn's designs right off. They are the most fun, aren't they?? How clever to change it a little to reflect the holiday. You do such lovely work.

Dear Bloss,
Your Mum is thrilled that you read her ramblings... she told me to take your name off the 'naughty' list and put it on the 'nice' list. And you're going to love what she has in store for you this Christmas.
Love Santa xxx

Have you seen the stocking patterns here - very cool to add to the tree etc. for shiny little things. I love the stitchery, the cat is so cute.

It's as cute as can be, and I'm glad to see you're still coloring some of your stitcheries. That adds so much depth, and more color to this one for sure. It looks great!
