After a short break away… It rained a bit in Hervey Bay, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying a nice family weekend before heading down to Rainbow Beach for a few days

staring at calm water, watching the Fraser Island barge coming and going, pumping yabbies for bait, catching fish, strolling the beach… heaven

Our daily ritual ~ breakfast, jump in the car and head up to the point, pump yabbies for bait then start fishing. We headed home again when the bait ran out or we got hungry ~ whatever came first :)

Thousands of soldier crabs ~ scurrying to bury themselves as we strolled past

Could you ever get tired of looking at the sun sprinkling it’s glitter on the water?

I don’t think so…..

July is just around the corner and that means it’s almost time for Christmas in July again! I love this time of year…

During the whole month there are loads of prizes and giveaways, along with the opportunity for live online chat with the designers and other participants
It’s always a fabulous event and this year will be just as great!
